摘  要:目的通过乙醇致大鼠胃溃疡模型,探讨党参炔苷对胃黏膜的保护作用。方法制备乙醇致大鼠胃溃疡模型,观察党参炔苷对该模型治疗后大鼠溃疡指数的影响。放免法检测血清中胃泌素及血浆中前列腺素含量,酶联免疫法测血清中表皮生长因子含量。结果党参炔苷小剂量组溃疡指数明显低于模型组;党参炔苷小剂量组胃泌素含量明显低于模型组,前列腺素含量明显高于模型组,表皮生长因子含量有一定程度的增高。结论预先给大鼠以党参炔苷灌胃给药,对防止乙醇引起的胃黏膜损伤有一定的作用,党参炔苷抗胃黏膜急性损伤的机制之一可能为提高前列腺素的含量,从而对抗胃泌素的泌酸作用,刺激胃黏膜合成释放表皮生长因子。Objective: To study the protective effect of lobetyolin on gastric mucosa of experimental gastric ulcer induced by ethanol in rats. Methods: The gastric ulcer model was established in rats by inducing ethanol. The index of ulcer was measured; the levels of Gas and 6 - K - PGF1α were examined by the method of radioimmunity; the level of EGF was measured by ELISA. Results: As compared with model group, in lobetyolin small dose group, the index of ulcer was markedly decreased, the level of Gas was decreased while the level of 6 - K - PGF1α was increased. In the degree, the level of EGF was increased. Conclusion: Lobetyolin has a protective role in gastric mucosa injury, and the mechanism may be relate to the increase in level of 6 - K - PGF1α and the inhibition the excretion of gastric acid and EGF.
