白虎追风丸不同部位提取物抗炎镇痛作用的比较研究

摘　　要：白虎追风丸是白虎加桂枝汤的加减方，临床治疗痹证有良好效果。本文对该方不同部位提取物的抗炎镇痛作用进行了比较研究，实验结果表明，醇提取液的镇痛和抗炎作用比水提取液强。醇提取液的其它分离部位也具有一定的作用，但以乙酸乙酯部位的抗炎镇痛作用最强，提示白虎追风丸的有效成分主要存在于乙酸乙酯部位中。おnalgesic and anti_inflammatory actions of the extracts from different parts of Baihu Zhuifeng Wan were studied.The experimental results revealed that the analgesic and anti_inflammatory actions of alcohol_soluble extract were stronger than those of water-soluble extract,and the action of ethyl acetate part is the strongest.It is indicated that the part of ethyl acetate is the main effective part of Baihu Zhuifeng Wan.
