用正交法考察苍苓泡腾冲剂的提取工艺

摘  要:苍苓散是治疗小儿秋季腹泻(轮状病毒性肠炎)的中药制剂,以苍术为君药,故挥发油成分是本方的主要有效成分。本实验以挥发油成分为主要指标,以水溶性浸出物和多糖含量为次要指标,采用正交试验L9(34)法对苍苓泡腾冲剂的提取工艺条件进行优化研究。结果显示,挥发油和水溶性浸出物含量主要受提取次数和提取时间影响,多糖含量主要受提取次数的影响。认为提取条件分别为:含挥发油药材提取以浸泡5h,提取3.5h,加8倍量水,提取3次为宜;其它药材提取以浸泡1h,提取1.5h,加6倍量水,提取3次为宜。angling powder is a formula indicated for infantile autumnal diarrhea, which is mainly composed of Rhizoma Atractylodis with volatile oil as the chief effective component. The conditions of extraction process of the Cangling effervescent granule were studied with orthogonal test, using the contents of volatile oil, water_soluble extract and polysaccharide as indexes. The results showed that the contents of volatile oil and water-soluble extract changed with the frequency and period of time of extraction, while the content of polysaccharide only with the frequency of extraction. It is suggested that the optimal extraction process for volatile oil is immension for 5h, extraction for 3.5h,adding with eightfold volume of water, and repeat for 3 times, while that for the other is immension for 1h, extraction for 1.5h,adding with sixfold volume of water, and repeat for 3 times.
