图像处理在粉末粒度在线检测系统中的应用

摘　　要：介绍了基于图像处理技术的静电粉末在线粒度检测系统的工作原理、硬件组成及软件设计。该系统针对静电粉末图像的特点采用了自适应阀值分割、边界链码图像处理技术。在此基础上研发了一个套粒度分析软件,该软件能输出多达30个粒级的累积率,将软件输出结果与实际粒度分布进行比较,结果证明该软件的统计正确率达90.1%以上。分析一幅1600×1200大小的彩色颗粒位图图像所花的时间少于5 s,完全可以满足静电粉末在线粒度检测的要求。System working principle, hardware composing and software design of on-line measure system of electrostatic powder size statistics based on digital image processing technology are introduced. Aimed at the characteristics of image electrostatic powder, that system adopts to adaptive threshold partition boundary chain-code image processing technique. An analysis software on this foundation is developed, the soft can get up to 30 size grades＇ down sieve product＇s accumulation rate, contrasted with the real distribution, the result improves that the soft gets a accuracy more than 90.1%. It takes less than five seconds to analyze a 1600 × 1200 image, can satisfy the request of on-line measure of the static electricity powder completely.
