摘　　要：知识管理已成为企业在信息化条件下提高竞争力的必要手段,工作流系统是支持工作流定义、执行和监控的计算机软件系统,针对工作流系统应用在企业知识管理时面临的流程数据整合不易、文件内容词汇关系的不明确与存取控制不便等问题,提出了一种基于本体的工作流知识管理系统架构,并介绍了其设计及实现机制。该系统以XML作为流程文件交换与存储格式,利用本体论的方法将不同知识领域包含的概念及关联特性整合进工作流程中,并设计了基于角色继承的授权管理机制进行精确的文件存取控制。Knowledge management is necessary for enterprise＇s competition. Workflow system is computer software which supports workflowdefinition, performance and surveillance. When workflow system is applied in knowledge management, it faces the drawbacks including uneasy data integration, implicit definition of vocabulary, and infexible control of authentication access. A workflow knowledge management system architecture based on ontology is put forward, and the designs and implementations is introduced. The system uses XML as the format of file exchanging and storaging, integrates different domain knowledge＇s concept and relation into the workflow with the help of ontology, and designs a authentication mechanism based on role inheritance to achieve accurate file access control.
