竞技体育实施“精品工程”战略问题研究

摘　　要：社会发展,竞技体育水平不断提高,人们对竞技体育越来越关注,奥运会金牌争夺越来越激烈,项目布局的重要性越来越突现。一个国家或地区为了在世界大赛中展现自己的实力,夺取优异成绩,对"精品"项目的运动员人数、经费投入和政策等方面均采取政策倾斜,从而保证优势项目国际大赛的竞争力。结合我国的实际情况,就项目布局实施"精品工程"战略应遵循的原则和注意的问题进行阐述。With the social development and sport level improvement, competitive sports have been drawing more attention as well as the contest for gold medal in the Olympic Games become more intensely, the importance of framework of sport events being likewise. In order to show its athletic strength and get to the top in international competitions, one country or region gives preference to the athletic, financial, policy resources, so that to ensure its competitive advantage world-wildly of preponderant events. This paper studies the strategic fundamentals and important problems based on implementing first-class project though comparative and actualities research.
