基于GIS的矿产资源管理信息系统的设计与实现

摘　　要：传统的矿产资源管理手段落后,已无法满足国土信息化的要求,针对矿政部门的工作特点,提出了基于GIS技术的矿产资源管理信息系统。详细介绍了系统功能,从总体设计、数据库建设、所采取的技术路线等方面进行了描述,介绍了此系统的设计与实现,系统包含的工作模块,各个模块的功能结构,以及采用的技术特点。该系统的建成,将极大提高矿产管理水平,并为制定矿产规划决策提供支持。The backward traditional means of mineral resource management can＇t meet requirement of the land andresource inforation constructon, and considering the office work of minera managemtnt, we present a GIS-based information system on the management of the min eraresources. Firstly, this paper introduces the functions of information system in detalis, then describes other aspects usch as system overall design, database, adopted technology. The system would improve the routine management work of the mineral resource management department, and also help them to make a decision in mineral resource planning.
