摘　　要：为探讨Orem自理模式在经口气管插管患者口腔护理中的应用方法与效果,将Orem自理模式贯穿于护理的全过程,采用冲洗法进行口腔护理。患者术后恶心、咽喉干痛、口臭及口腔感染的发生率显著降低。The aim of this study is to explore the application and effect of Orem s self-care model to oral hygiene for patients with intubation by mouth.Orem s self-care model was used in nursing process and oral hygiene was provided by swash.The accident of nausea,angina,halitosis and oral infection after the operation was decreased distinctly.
