摘　　要：目的基于对慢性病报告管理模式的研究与探索,提出针对对象化的网络报告管理技术和模板,将慢性病报告和先进的软件开发技术相结合,设计并实现了一个综合的慢性病网络报告管理系统。方法采用了B/S模式的软件构架及先进的.NET技术。结果系统实现了慢性病网络报告,能够适应大量的、变化的慢性病报告管理的需求,提高了报告的准确性、及时性。结论这一新开发的慢性病网络报告系统开发流程科学合理,管理规范,操作简单,应用广泛,已在天津市慢性病控制工作中发挥作用。Objective The present study was conducted to establish a comprehensive network-based chronic disease reporting and management system, object-oriented network reporting and management technology and templates were developed based on the results of recent studies on the reporting patterns to contribute advanced software development technologies to chronic disease reporting. Methods The system was designed based on B/S Framework and advanced. NET technology. Results The chronic disease network reporting system was capable of handling considerable and diverse cases, accurately and promptly. Conclusion The standardized development process and specified manual of this user-friendly system has guaranteed its extensive application. Currently, it is playing a role in controlling Tianjin＇s chronic diseases.
