摘  要:在高压环境下测量直流大电流是我国高压直流输电蓬勃发展过程中出现的一个新课题。将常规的传感元件与光纤通信技术结合是今后一段时间内高压直流测量技术的发展方向。本文首先介绍了有源式光纤直流电流传感器的结构和工作原理,然后详细介绍了样机的研制过程:选择性能稳定的锰铜分流器作为传感元件;利用光供电技术对高压侧电路进行供电;为了提高光源的寿命和可靠性,设计了基于MSP430F149的高压侧低功耗电路及基于TMS320F2812的低压侧解调电路。对样机的试验结果表明,在300-3000A范围内,系统的准确度优于0.2%,高压侧功耗小于46mW,阶跃响应上升时间为460μs,超调小于10%。A new subject of high direct current measurement in high voltage transmission line appears in vigorous process of HVDC in china. Combining conventional sensing head with optical fiber communication technique is the developing trend of direct current measurement in high voltage environment. First in this paper, the structure and op- erating principle of active optical fiber direct current sensor are described, then the prototype development process is described in detail. A manganin shunt with stable temperature performance is selected as the sensing head, and the high voltage side circuit is powered by optical-powered technology. To increase the lifetime and reliability of the large-power light source, high-voltage side circuit is designed based on ultra-low-power micro-controller MSP430F149 and the corresponding demodulation circuit is designed based on DSP chip TMS320F128. Test results show that the direct current measurement accuracy is better than 0.2% from 300A to 3000A and the high voltage side power consumption is less than 46mW. The rise time of step response is about 460μS and maximum overshoot is not beyond 10%.
