西部新院校图书馆在本科教学评估中的经验与反思

摘  要:2000年以来升格的本科新院校先后迎来教育部"本科教学工作水平评估"。西部新院校图书馆要确保达到"管理手段先进、图书馆使用效果好"和"生均藏书量100册、生均年进书量4册"的标准,时间紧,任务重,压力大。除争取学院加大投入外,必须准确理解、分解评估指标。硬件从实,软件从严。从实盘底,及时调整。艰苦奋斗,突出特点。避免突击采购,又好又快地建设数字化图书馆。The colleges, upgraded after 2000, received the teaching level assessment by the Ministry of Education one by one. According to the requirement of Ministry of Education, the libraries of the colleges have to meet the following standards: making good use of advanced management means to bring the libraries into efficient play; the collection of books in the libraries should be up to 100 volumes for each student and the growth of the volumes each year for each student should be 4 volumes. It is an arduous task for the pressing time. In addition to the invesmaent, understanding and analyzing the index of the assessment accurately is very necessary. Hardware building should base on practicality and soflware building should be strict; each library has to check the real collection of books practically and adjust timely, try to avoid purchasing for inspecting and strengthen the construction of digitization of library.
