摘　　要：介绍了隐私权的发展及基本概念,分析了国内外对数字图书馆用户隐私权进行保护的法理依据,最后提出了相应的对策。Firstly the paper has introduced the development and basic concept of privacy right, and then analyzed the legal gist of users＇ privacy protection in digital libraries both at home and abroad. Finally the paper has put forward corresponding suggestions.
