摘 要:针对中原油田户部寨气田中生界地层压力系数为0.90~1.0和地层温度超过120℃的特点,研究了抗温硬胶泡沫钻井液,优选出发泡剂、稳泡剂、稳定剂和降滤失剂,评价了硬胶泡沫钻井液的热稳定性、抗污染能力、抑制性和润滑性。根据室内实验结果,结合户部寨气田中生界地层特点,制定了现场施工措施,并在部17-2和部1-23井进行了现场应用。结果表明,该钻井液性能稳定、密度可控、携砂性良好,防止了井漏的发生,取得了良好的现场应用效果。Based on the characteristics of Mesozoic group in Hubuzhai Gas Field of Zhongyuan Oilfield,which is mainly with formation pressure coefficient of 0.90-1.0 and formation temperature of over 120℃ ,the ebonite foam drilling fluid was developed. The foaming agent, foam-stabilizer,stabilizer and the filtration reducer were chosen and the thermal stability ,anti-pollution ability, inhibition and unctuosity of the ebonite foam drilling fluid were further evaluated. According to the experiment results,combining with the characteristics of Mesozoic strata in Hubuzai Gas Field, the site construction program was made out and the drilling fluid system had been used in both wells of Bu17-2 and Bul-23. The field applications show that it has advantages on its stability,density controllability,and good cuttings transportation,and loss circulation is also avoided. All the data onsite showed that the application result is remarkable.
