摘  要:旋转细长杆柱动力学问题在石油钻采工程中有着重要的应用。在地面驱动螺杆泵采油中,由于井斜和抽油杆高速旋转,导致杆管偏磨失效,造成的经济损失十分严重。合理安放扶正器是解决这一个问题的关键。建立了考虑动力间隙元和空间梁单元的旋转细长杆柱动力学分析模型及分析方法。根据杆管碰撞接触状态,提出了以杆管碰撞概率、平均碰反力来进行扶正器安放位置设计的方法。通过现场应用表明,该方法收到了防止杆管偏磨、延长检泵周期、节约采油经济成本的良好效果。Dynamics analysis problem of rotating slender rod has an important application in petroleum drilling and production engineering. In oil extraction process of surface driving cavity pump, economic loss is serious caused by well deviation and lopsided wear failure of rotating rod at a high speed. Setting centralizer appropriately in rod string is the key to solve this problem. The dynamics model and analytic method of rotating rod string is presented, with the consideration of the dynamic gap element and space beam element. According to impact contact state between rotating rod and tube, the method of designing the mount position of centralizer is putted forward by the impact probability and even impact reaction between rod string and tube. Applied to the well, it has been shown that it receives a good effect to avoid deflection abrasion between rod,pipe and extend pump-inspection period and economize economy cost of oil extraction.
