摘　　要：以愈创木酚甘油醚为起始原料,经过环合、氨化得到美索巴莫,再与乙酰氯反应得到美索巴莫乙酰酯,实验研究了原料配比、温度和溶剂对合成的影响,得到的化合物经过IR、1HNMR的确证。该合成方法操作简便,两步总收率达到67.2%,产品纯度为98.8%。Methocarbamol acetate was synthesized by 3 steps. Methocarbamol was obtained from glyceryl guaiacolate by ring-closure reaction and ammoniation, which was reacted with acetyl chloride to give the desired product. The influence of the ratio of raw materials, temperature and solvent on synthesis was studied. The analytical methods of IR and l HNMR were introduced to confirm the structure of the pruduct. The method is easy. Overall yield is 67.2% ,purity is 98.8%.
