摘　　要：针对通信设备电子器件封装密度不断提高,热流密度不断增加的现实,从通信设备机械设计方面出发,阐述了通信设备热设计的设计方法。经过试验证明该方法能够有效地提高通信设备的散热能力和可靠性,保证通信设备正常工作。According to the objective reality that the uninterrupted growth of the packaging flux and heat flux of electronic device, it describes the thermal design method about telecommunication equipment form mechanism. These methods can efficiently increase the radiating ability and the reliability, and can enable telecommunication equipment to work normally by test.
