摘　　要：联苯双酯是一种重要的医药中间体,也是一种新型的药物。它的合成具有重要的理论意义和现实价值。文章综述了近年来国内外对它的研究进展,介绍了联苯双酯的三种异构体α-DDB、β-DDB、γ-DDB以及它们的应用现状,简介了α-DDB、β-DDB的合成工艺,并探讨了α-DDB的新合成方法。It has theoretic significance and practical value to synthesize dimenthoxy dicarboxylate biphenyl which is not only a very important medical intermediate but also a new kind of medicament. In this article, a review of the development of this kind of thing was provided.Three isomers of dimenthoxy dicarboxylate biphenyl that are α-DDB,β-DDB,T-DDB were introduced and a review of these three isomers was provided. It was also pointed out the synthetical technology of α-DDB and β-DDB and discussed the new synthetical technology of α-DDB.
