摘  要:利用加速量热仪,对偶氮二甲酰胺、偶氮二异丁腈、苯磺酰肼、4,4’-氧代双苯磺酰肼、N-甲基-N-亚硝基对甲苯磺酰胺和赛璐珞6种易燃固体的热稳定性进行了绝热实验研究,得到了它们的初始放热温度、最大温升速率、最大温升速率时间等热稳定特性参数和绝热测试放热曲线;对6种物质的测试结果进行了绝热校正。结果表明,6种易燃固体普遍容易受热作用的影响而产生放热反应,且反应速度较快,并伴随显著的压力效应和温度效应,破坏性较大。The thermal stability of Azodicarbonamide(AC), 2,2'-Azobis(isobutyronitrile) (AIBN), Benzenesulfonyl hydrazide (BSH), 4,4'-Oxybis benzene sulfonyl hydrazide (OBSH), Celluloid and Diazald, was investigated by Accelerating Rate Calorimeter. Their thermal stability characteristics, such as onset exothermic temperature, maximum temperature rise rate and time-to-maximum rate and exothermal curves were obtained. The test data were corrected by thermal inertia factors. It was concluded that initial exothermic temperatures of AC, AIBN, BSH, OBSH, Celluloid and Diazald were 148.47, 68.01, 106.50, 144.87, 121.31 and 66.02℃, respectively, and maximum temperature rise rates were 25.055, 49.464, 32.614, 33.07, 84.078, 15.772℃·min^-1 respectively, and maximum pressures per unit were 2.61, 11.27, 2.64, 3.03, 7.35 and 1.27 MPa·g^-1 respectively.
