摘　　要：目的了解职业卫生和放射卫生现状，更好地落买《中华人民共和国职业炳历冶坻》。万法位系上王部州报盲其料和河北省卫生机构的报告资料。结果2006年检查了全国职业卫生方面的用人单位59669家，可能产生职业病危害的建设项目4778项。新建、改建、扩建放射性职业病危害建设项目1811项，放射工作单位16756家。2006年检查发现，设立职业卫生管理机构、落实职业病防治法定代表人目标管理责任制、制定职业病防治计划或方案的用人单位数分别占检查单位总数的59．1％、54．8％、48．4％，与《中华人民共和国职业病防治法》实施初期的2003、2004年相比，分别增加了11.1～16．4个百分点。从行业间比较看，化工行业好于其他行业，轻工行业较差。结论用人单位职业病防治管理水平有所提高。[ Objective ] To understand the current situation of occupational health and radiation sanitation for the better implementation of the Code of Occupational Disease Prevention of PRC. [ Methods] The data were searched from the report of the Ministry of Health and the health institutions of Heibei Province. [ Results ] 4,778 projects from 59,669 inspected units around China were found to have possible occupational hazards in 2006; 1811 items and 16,756 units were proved to have radiation occupational hazards in the newly-built, rebuilt and expansion projects ; the inspection in 2006 indicated that 59.1%, 54.8 % and 48.4% of the inspected units established occupational health management institution, target management responsibility system and occupational disease prevention and treatment plan respectively, which increased by 11.1% - t6.4% compared with that in 2003 and 2004; the health condition in the chemical industry was better than that in other industries, while poor in the light industry. [ Conclusion ] Improvement has been made in the management level of occupational disease prevention and treatment in the units.
