摘　　要：目的探讨转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)在强直性脊柱炎患者外周血中的表达水平和临床意义。方法采用荧光定量逆转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)法检测TGF-β1的表达量,并分析与红细胞沉降率(ESR)和C-反应蛋白(CRP)的相关性。结果强直性脊柱炎患者TGF-β1表达量显著高于正常组,且与ESR和CRP呈正相关。结论TGF-β1可能参与了强直性脊柱炎的发病,对判断其病情的进展程度有一定的临床意义。[ Objective] To explore the manifestation level of the transforming growth factor β1 （ TGF-β1 ） in the peripheral blood of ankylosing spondylitis patients and its clinical significance. [ Methods ] Fluorescence quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction （RT -PCR） was applied to detect the manifestation level of TGF-β1 mRNA; analysis was made on its correlations with erythrocyte sedimentation rate （ESR） and C reaction protein （ CRP）. [ Results] The levels of TGF-β1 among the ankylosing spondy- litis patients was significantly higher than that of the normal group and was positively correlated with ESR and CRP. [ Conclusion] TGF-β1 might play a certain role in the pathogenesis of ankylosing spondyiitis and has clinical significance in judging the development of the disease.
