何首乌对衰老大鼠海马BDNF mRNA表达的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨何首乌对衰老大鼠海马BDNF mRNA表达的影响。方法给大鼠注射大剂量D-半乳糖,通过行为学测试和RT-PCR方法,观测海马BDNF mRNA含量的变化。结果与对照组比较,D-半乳糖组大鼠海马BDNF mRNA含量降低,何首乌组海马BDNF mRNA含量亦降低。结论何首乌不影响BDNF mRNA的表达量。[ Objective] To explore the influence of polygonum multiflorum on the BDNFmRNA expression of hippocampus in the senile rat. [ Methods] Rats were injected with large doses of D-galactose, changes of hippocampal BDNF mRNA content were observed through behavior test and RT-PCR method. [ Results] Compared with control group, hippocampal BDNF mRNA content of D-galacrose group was lower, and that of polygonum muhiflorum group was lower too. [ Conclusion] Polygonum multiflorum have no influence on BDNFmRNA expression.
