摘　　要：目的尽量减少和避免前列腺电切术后并发症的发生。方法对200例病人进行术前护理,术后作好气囊导尿管的有效牵引,妥善固定,保持各引流管畅通,注意持续膀胱冲洗液的速度、温度,预见性地应用置硬膜外导管接镇痛泵等一系列的护理措施。结果经尿道前列腺电切术后的病人出血、尿道感染和膀胱痉挛的症状明显减轻或没有发生。结论通过实施有针对性地护理措施,经尿道前列腺电切术后的并发症是可以预防和避免的。[ Objective] To minimize and avoid Transurethral Resection of Prostates （TURP） postoperative complications. [ Methods ] 200 cases of patients with preoperative care, after balloon catheter for the effective traction, properly fixation, and smooth maintenance of the drainage tube, sustained attention to a series of care measures, such as the bladder fluid velocity, temperature, and the predictability of home epidural catheter analgesia pump. [ Results ] TURP patients with postoperative bleeding, urinary tract infections and bladder spasm symptoms significantly reduced or did not happen. [ Conclusion] TURP postoperative complications can be prevented and avoided through effective nursing measures.
