摘　　要：目的：探讨新生儿行为神经测定（NBNA）在窒息新生儿中应用的评定价值。方法：对105例窒息新生儿和105例正常新生儿作为对照组，进行NBNA评分。结果：轻度窒息评分28d〈35分者6例，重度窒息评分28d〈35分者24例。经1年追踪随访有22例预后不良。而对照组无1例〈35分。结论：NBNA在早期发现新生儿脑功能异常及预测预后方面具有较敏感、特异性高的优点，是一项简便实用、行之有效的早期预测方法。Objective ： To probe the value of the neuropsychic behavior in the newborn＇s asphyxia. Methods ： To take their neuropsychic behavior to 105 newborn＇s asphyxia and 105 normal newborn （ control group）. Results： There is 6 cases with light newborn＇s asphyxia who their NBNA is 35 ; There is 24 cases with heavy newborn＇s asphyxia who their NBNA is 35 after 28 days;22 cases have unfavourable prognosis after one year. None of normal newborn has NBNA 〈 35. Conclusion：NBNA is sensitive in finding newborn brain disfunction and predicting prognosis. NBNA is convenient, practical and effective early prediction.
