摘  要:目的:探讨后路椎体间融合术治疗下腰椎疾患的疗效。方法:本组16例,男10例,女6例,年龄12~81岁,平均56.4岁;其中腰椎间盘突出症9例,腰椎滑脱4例,退变性脊柱侧弯3例。所有病例均行后路椎体间融合(PLIF)术。结果:本组病人均获得随访,随访1~18个月:应用日本骨科学会(JOA)评分系统,日本Nakano标准;本组优:11例,良:3例,可:2例,差:0,优良率87.5%;JOA评分系统评估,术前平均8.5分,术后平均18.5分。结论:后路椎体间融合治疗腰椎退变性失稳症效果优良,是标准的规范化手术。Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of posterior intervertebral fusion with distensible cages (PLIF) for treatment of the instability of the lumbar spine. Methods:All of 16 patients,10 male and 6 female patients,from 12 - 81 (average 56. 4) years old;the 9 patients suffered from lumbar disc herniation,4 patients suffered from lumbar spondylolisthesis and 3 patients suffered from scoliosis. Posterior approach lumbar intervertebral fusion with distensible cages (PLIF) was used to treat the mechanical instability of the lumbar spine in 16 patients. The efficacy of each treatment was assessed according to the JOA score and the criteria of Japanese Nakano.Results:The postoperative follow - up time was 12 months on average (range 1 to 18 months) in 16 patients. There was no fusion failure in interbedy of lumbar vertebrae. The efficacy of each treatment was assessed according to the JOA and the criteria of Japanese Nakano. Pre -and post -operation JOA score was 8.5 and 18. 5 ;the result of the Japanese Nakano was:best 11 cases, better 3 cases and good 2 cases, excellent rate was 87. 5%. Conclusion:Posterior approach lumbar inter- vertebral fusion with distensible cages is a good optional method for treatment of lumbar spine instability.
