摘　　要：目的：探讨术前CPF（环磷酰胺、吡柔比星、氟尿嘧啶）化疗对乳癌近期疗效。方法：40例乳癌病人原发性肿瘤直径平均5．69cm（3—8cm），行1—2次的术前CPF方案治疗，第2次无效行胛（吡柔比星＋紫杉醇）方案。结果：肿瘤直径平均缩小2．5cm，均转为可以手术切除。结论：乳癌术前CPF方案化疗能使肿瘤逐渐缩小，提示化疗有效，化疗可以降低肿瘤的分期和负荷，使病人能达到满意的切除范围，又能最大限度地保证生活质量。Objective：To explore the CPF chemotherapy preoperative to breast cancer in the near future the curative effect. Methods：The primary turner average diameter of 4. 5cm in 40 eases of breast cancer patients, before line of 1 -2times technique to the preoporetive treatment CPE programmes, if the 2nd times of futility does the PT scheme. Results： The turnout diameter reduces 2. 5 em averagely, turn into equally not bad operation excision. Conclusion：The CPF chemotherapy preoperative to breast cancer can cause the tumov to reduce gradually, prompts the chemotherapy to ba effective, the chemotherapy may reduce the turner by stages with the load, enables the patients to achieve satisfaction the exeisionseope, can also maximum limit guarantee the quality of life.
