营养性缺铁性贫血对婴幼儿健康影响的分析

摘　　要：目的：了解营养性缺铁性贫血对婴幼儿健康的不良影响。方法：对1490名6月～3岁婴幼儿营养性缺铁性贫血患病率进行分析，对贫血组婴幼儿和无贫血组婴幼儿呼吸道感染和腹泻发病率进行比较分析。结果：贫血组呼吸道感染和腹泻发病率明显高于无贫血组，统计学处理P〈0．01有显著差异。结论：营养性缺铁性贫血严重危害婴幼儿健康，应予以高度重视。Objective： To understand the bad effects on health of children arosed by nutritious iron - deficiency anaemia. Methods： To conduct a survey on the rate of suffered nutritious iron - deficiency anaemia among 1,490 children aged of 6 months - 3 years and a comparison analysis has been done on the incidence rate of respiratory track infection and diarrhea caused by nutritious iron - deficiency anaemia. Results： The incidence rate of respiratory track infection and diarrhea of the nutritious iron - deficiency anaemia group is significantly higher than the non - nutritious iron - deficiency anaemia group （P 〈 0. 01 ）and the significant difference appeared statisticly between the analyzed 2 groups. Conclusion：The nutritious iron - deficiency anaemia badly effects the health of children, which should be highly concered by related government deparments.
