摘  要:在微波场作用下,首次合成了蓝色长余辉发光材料Sr2Al6O11:Eu2+,Er3+,利用XRD对其进行晶相分析,用荧光光度计测其激发光谱和发射光谱及余辉衰减曲线,利用热释光剂量仪测定其热释光谱。结果表明:该产品为正交晶系,Pnnm空间群,a=2.191827nm,b=0.840857nm,c=0.488175nm,该产品激发和发射谱均为宽带谱,在270和340nm处有2个主激发峰,主发射峰位于460nm,Sr2Al6O11:Eu2+,Er3+的发光余辉可持续14h以上,Sr2Al6O11:Eu2+,Er3+中存在2个热释峰,一个位于49.1℃,另一个位于140℃左右。2个陷阱能级分别为0.585eV和0.806eV。The blue long persistent phosphorescence material Sr2Al6O11:Eu^2+,Er^3+ is synthesized by microwave radiation method for the first time. The crystal composition of the samples are characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), the excitation spectra, emission spectra and decay curve of the luminant are measured with fiuorometry, and the spectrum of thermoluminescence is measured through a thermoluminescence reader. The results show that it is an orthorhombic system, Pnnm space group (a= 2.191 827 nm, b=0.840 857 nm, c=0.488 175 nm). The sample exhibits broadband peaks in both the excitation and emission spectra. There are two main excitation peaks at 270 nm and 340 nm, and the main emission peak at 460 nm with a duration time for more than 14 h. There are two thermoluminescent peaks at 49.1℃ and 140℃ for the Sr2Al6O11:Eu^2+,Er^3+ material. The trap depths measured are 0.585 eV and 0.806 eV, respectively.
