摘 要:2006年对藏北高寒草原牧场的高原鼠兔种群密度进行了抽样堵洞调查,以夹捕法调查作为补充,同时通过捕尽法确定洞口系数约为0.11,在此基础上以有效洞口数推算调查点高原鼠兔绝对密度约为53.72只/hm2。通过相关分析,建立高原鼠兔种群-洞口密度增长模型,可根据洞口密度估算高原鼠兔种群密度,为西藏草原鼠类防治提供参考。The burrow index is an index for relative density of small burrowing rodents. It is possible to transfer relative density into absolute one with this index, such as burrow density. A field investigation of the plateau pika Ochotona curzoniae was carried out on grasslands in Naqu of Tibet in 2006. By plugging the burrows in sampling plots and check-up after 24 hours, the relative pika density was estimated with the percentage of open burrows. Pikas in the plots were trapped out to produce a burrow index, which was 0.11. The average burrow density could be converted into an absolute density of, 53.72 ind./hm^2. Correlations between plateau pika population density and other factors were also analyzed, which was used to establish a "population-burrow" density-increasing model.
