摘　　要：为响应国家节能降耗的号召,某大型化工企业进行了恒水供水系统的改造。通过分析该企业原供水系统耗能情况,介绍了现在采用PLC和变频调速技术的系统概况,阐述了系统组成、系统功能、系统软件设计及变频调速节能原理和效果分析。实际运行结果表明,该控制系统性能稳定可靠,取得了很好的恒压供水效果,节能效果显著。In order to response the state＇s appeal of energy saving and consumption reducing, a large chemical plant has reformed the constant pressure water supply. Through analyzing the energy consumption disadvantages of original water supply systems of that chemical plant, a kind of new constant pressure water supply system was introduced based on both PLC and frequency changer, including the system structure, functions, system software design, and energy-saving principle and benefit. The control system has been applied successfully which can ensure the constant pressure of water-supply and the prominent effect of energy-saving.
