摘　　要：与献血者构建和谐关系是采供血机构管理和建设中的重要目标和任务。把健康管理溶入献血工作不但能满足献血者的要求,还能超越献血者的期望(包括明示的、隐含的和法律法规规定必须履行的三个方面),保证献血者对采供血机构的忠诚,自觉成为一名自愿固定的无偿献血者。文章结合对献血者开展健康管理工作的具体做法,阐述了健康管理在献血服务工作及与献血者构建和谐关系中的作用。Building a harmonious relation with voluntary blood donators is an important goal and a task of the management of blood collecting and supplying organization, and blood donation service is the basis of this relation. Applying health management into blood donation service can meet the requirements of blood donators, even exceed their expectation. Consequently, these donators would keep faith with blood collecting and supplying organization and become steady voluntary blood donators. This paper expatiate the effect of health management on blood donation service and building harmonious relation with voluntary blood donators.
