摘 要:为得到良好耐热性能的环氧树脂,以1,2,4-苯三酸酐(TMA)、1,4-苯二甲醇(PTA)和环氧氯丙烷(ECH)等为原料合成了低度支化聚酯环氧树脂(LBPE),并对该环氧改性双酚A环氧树脂,运用热变形温度(HDT)、动态热机械分析(DMA)和示差扫描量热(DSC)技术表征了改性环氧树脂的耐热性能。结果表明:改性环氧树脂固化物的热变形温度、玻璃化转变温度随着LBPE质量分数的增加而上升,而热分解温度略有下降。当LBPE的质量分数为75%时,改性体系的热变形温度、玻璃化转变温度分别为168.5℃和177℃,热分解温度为377℃。In order to obtain the epoxy with excellent heat-resistance, the low branched polyester epoxy (LBPE) was synthesized with 1,2,4-benzenetricarboxylic andydride, 1,4-benzenedimethanol and 1-chloro-2,3-epoxypropene as raw materials, and the modified epoxy with LBPE in bisphenol-A epoxy was obtained in this paper. The heat-resistance properties of the modified epoxy were measured by heat distortion temperature method (HDT), dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The results showed that the heat distortion temperature (HDT) and the glass transition temperature (Tg) of the cured modified epoxy increase with the weight fraction of LBPE. However, the decomposition temperature of the samples decreases with the content of LBPE. The HDT, Tg and decomposition temperature were 168.5℃, 177℃ and 377℃, respectively, at the LBPE weight content of 75 %.
