摘 要:在自制共聚物所设定的化学环境中原位生成二氧化硅并实现对其表面改性。通过红外光谱、TEM、XPS、TGA等测试手段表征二氧化硅表面改性状态、颗粒形态及对含—COOH的马来酸酐-丙烯酸二元共聚物,含—COOH,—CONH2的马来酸酐-丙烯酸-丙烯酰胺三元共聚物的吸附能力。结果表明:二氧化硅通过氢键吸附聚合物,实现自身的表面改性,其吸附行为与聚合物的浓度、分子量及体系的pH值等因素有关。改性后二氧化硅有一定的再分散性,能够应用在洗涤助剂中。Silica was made and modified in the chemical environment by copolymer prepared by myself. Silica surface modification shape, granule configuration and absorption abilities on the copolymer including carboxyl, acryl amide were token by FTIR, TEM, XPS and TGA. The results showed that: silica absorbs polymer by hydrogen bonding, so to modify itself. The absorption behaviors relate to concentration, molecule of polymer, and pH in the system. The modified silica had dispersing ability and could be applied in the detergent builder.
