摘　　要：运用空间经济计量分析方法对1995-2005年间中国31个省、自治区和直辖市的地方财政支出结构与地区经济增长的关系进行了实证分析，结果表明，对地区经济增长具有正相关性影响的地方财政支出主要是生产性事业费支出、企业挖潜改造支出和政府机构支出，地方财政农业支出虽然对地区经济增长具有显著的负相关性，其他几项支出对地区经济增长的影响均不显著。This paper assesses the effects of public expenditure composition on economic growth in a sample of 31 regions in the mainland of China between 1995 and 2005 by the method of spatial econometric. The conclusions show that the productive operation expenditure, enterprise transformation expenditure and government expenditure have significantly positive effects on region economic growth, while the agricultural expenditure has significantly negative effects, and the others have insignificantly effects.
