摘  要:对光管和波纹管进行的传热性能和阻垢性能对比试验研究结果表明,波纹管比光管具有更好的阻垢和强化传热性能,其总传热系数为光管的2~2.5倍,污垢热阻为光管的1/5~1/4。波纹管的结构尺寸对其性能也有显著的影响。The results of heat transfer performance test for cooling water flowing in the corrugated tube and the plain tube were described. It is found that the corrugated tube has better anti- fouling and heat transfer intensification performance than the plain tube by contrasted corrugated tube with plain tube,the total heat transfer coefficient of the corrugated tube is as 2-2.5 times as the plain tube's;the fouling resistance of the corrugated tube is as 1/5-1/4 times as the plain tube. And the structure of the corrugated tube also has marked influence on the anti-fouling and heat transfer performance.
