摘 要:分析了三轴转向架构架在有限元计算分析时,约束的施加必须保证三根轴的轴重一致性;分析比较了中间轴一系簧垂向刚度对构架强度产生的影响。通过计算分析表明,中间轴一系簧垂向刚度较软时,构架应力分布更为合理。同时提出了三轴转向架构架的疲劳强度评定的修正系数。When establishing finite element calculation model of three-axle bogie frame, it must be certain that the weight of each of the three axles is equal while adding restraint. The impact of the vertical stiffness of middle-axis primary spring on flame intensity has been analyzed. By doing calculation, the paper points out that the stress distribution for bogie flame is more reasonable when the vertical stiffness of the middle-axle primary spring is softer. The correction coefficient of fatigue intensity evaluation for three-axis bogie flame is also proposed.
