摘　　要：目的总结主肺动脉间隔缺损(APSD)的外科治疗经验。方法回顾性分析1994年1月-2007年12月外科手术治疗的5例主肺动脉间隔缺损的临床资料并复习有关文献。结果手术死亡1例,4例随访4个月-2年,效果满意。结论APSD是一种易被误诊和漏诊的少见先天性心脏病。仔细的超声检查、升主动脉造影和多排CT检查有助于确诊。Objective To describe the experience in surgical treatment of aortopulmonary septal defect （APSD）. Methods From January 1994 to December 2007,5 patients with APSD were corrected under cardiopulmonary bypass. Results There was one operative death case. 4 survivors had clinical improvement at 4 months to 2 years follow - up. Conclusion APSD is a rare congenital heart disease and often misdiagnosed as patent ductus arteriosus（PDA）. Preoperative correct diagnosis can be made by careful examination of echocardiography, ascending aortic angiography and multislice CT. Early surgical treatment leads to excellent results.
