摘　　要：目的探讨计算机辅助精液分析(CASA)内部质量控制的重要性和必要性。方法100份正常精子密度、活率标本,分5个月单人分析,其中精子密度组每周5份各分析3次,精子活率组每周1份各分析5次。记录精子密度、活率、活力,计算标准差(SD),绘制SD图,设2倍和1/2平均SD为警戒限、3倍和1/3平均SD为处置限。结果每月精子密度、活率、活力质控单独分析基本稳定,综合5个月总质控分析,可以明显看到精子密度组第2、3个月检测有偏低趋势。结论根据实验室精液分析总量设置定期、定量内部质量控制对保证CASA准确性和可重复性是必不可少的。Objective To investigate the importance and necessity of the internal quality control for computer - aided semen analysis（CASA）. Methods 100 samples of normal density and motility semen, which were analyzed by one controller in 5 months, and then the density, motility and vital impulse were recorded. Standard deviation （SD） was calculated and the map of SD was drawn. Results The quality control on seminal density, motility and vital impulse was stable in per - months, but it was meta - tendency of semen density among second and third months obviously. Conclusion It is necessary to institute the internal quality control, according to the total amount of our laboratory by regularity and fixed quantity in order to ensure the aeeuratissime and repeatability of CASA.
