摘  要:目的:建立以反相高效液相色谱法测定克痒敏酊中盐酸小檗碱含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为AgilentEclipse XDB C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-5mmol.L-1辛烷磺酸钠(32:68),检测波长为346nm,柱温为35℃。结果:盐酸小檗碱进样量在0.0592~0.8883μg范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系(r=0.9999);平均回收率为99.71%,RSD=1.18%(n=6)。结论:本方法灵敏、准确、重现性好,可用于克痒敏酊的质量控制。OBJECTIVE : To establish an RP - HPLC method for the determination of Berberine hydrochloride in Keyangin tincture.METHODS: The sample separation was performed on Agilent Eclipse XDB C18(250 mm×4.6 mm, 5μm), and the mobile phase was acetonitrile - 5 mmol × L ^-1 perfluorooctane sulfonate(32 : 68) at flow rate of 1 mL × min^ -1. The detection wavelength was 346 nm and the temperature of column was 35 ℃ .RESULTS: The linear range of Berberine hydrochloride was 0.059 2--0.888 3μg( r = 0.999 9) .The average recovery rate was 99.71%(RSD = 1.18%, n = 6). CONCLUSION: The met hod is sensitive, accurate, and reproducible, and suitable for the determination of Berberine hydrochloride in Keyangmin tincture.
