“统账结合”的企业职工基本养老保险供给模型研究

摘　　要：以中国现行企业职工基本养老保险制度为依据,构建了统账结合的企业职工基本养老保险供给模型,利用陕西省社会保障局提供的统计数据对模型进行检验,并运用模型对未来55年陕西省基本养老保险供给能力进行了预测;通过敏感性分析,进一步明确了工资增长率、平均退休年龄是影响基本养老保险供给的主要因素。On the basis of current basic pension insurance system, a ＂Partial Pay-As-You-Earn＂ Model of basic pension insurance supply for urban employees has been designed. By using statistical data provided by Social Security Bureau of Shaanxi province, the model has been tested. At the same time, the authors have applied the model to predict basic pension insurance for enterprise employees of Shaanxi province in the following 55 years. Through sensitivity analysis, the main influencing factors, such as wage increase rate, and the average retirement age are main factors affecting the basic pension insurance supply.
