摘　　要：分析了水泥工业自动化技术的现状,介绍了水泥回转窑温度控制中的模糊控制技术、DCS的系统结构和应用软件开发。运行结果表明,系统稳定可靠,控制效果良好,能满足生产工艺要求。The current status of automation technology in cement industry is analyzed. The fuzzy control technique, the DCS structure and its applied software development on rotary kiln temperature control are introduced here. The operation result shows that the system is stable and the control effect is satisfied with process requirement.
