老年人便秘及其影响因素的研究

摘　　要：[目的]探讨老年人便秘现状及其发生的影响因素,为采取对策提供依据。[方法]在26省按照城乡和男女分层抽样,对2600名老年人进行问卷调查,并对有效的2414份问卷进行数据统计学处理。[结果]老年人便秘患病率较高,达37.1%,且与地域、城乡、年龄、文化程度、居住方式等有关,并与饮水、饮食、运动、排便习惯、长期用药等因素有关,同时受社会支持程度、抑郁和焦虑发生情况的影响,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05或P﹤0.01)。[结论]应重视老年人便秘问题,加强健康教育,降低患病率。[ Objective] To probe constipation status and its influence factors of the aged. [ Methods] A self-developed questionnaire was used to investigate 2 600 old persons. 2 414 persons data was analyzed by SSPS13.0. [ Results] The elderly constipation was 37.1% and related to many factors such as terrain, town and country, etc. [Conclusion] We should pay more attention to the old people constipation, to strengthen the health education and reduce the incidence.
