职业性有害作业工人健康监护结果分析

摘　　要：[目的]对有害作业工人进行职业性健康检查,分析职业性有害因素对作业工人健康的影响,提出有效措施保护工人身体健康。[方法]按照卫生部《职业性健康检查管理规定》,对293名从事职业性有害有毒作业工人进行体检;对生产环境空气中有害因素进行监测,分析体检结果与职业因素关系。[结果]神衰症候群及植物神经功能紊乱较明显,以电焊作业工人较为突出;与职业因素关系紧密的是神经系统共济运动平衡失调,多为工龄较长的工人;血象单项或两项低于正常值的有67人,其中两项均偏低的有6人,均为油漆工;生产环境中有害因素的监测仍有40%的样品超过了国家卫生标准。[结论]职业因素对工作健康影响是综合的,建议加强职业病防治法宣传教育,提高职工自我保护意识,定期进行健康监护,改善生产环境和作业条件。[Objective] To carry out the professional health exanfination for workers exposed to occupational hazardous factors, and to analyze the effect of occupational hazardous factors on the health of workers so as to provide effective measures to protect the health of workers. [ Methods ] According to the Job Health Examination Regulation of the Ministry of Public Health, 293 workers exposed to occupational hazardous factors were performed with health examination, and the adverse factors in the air of production environment were monitored, as well as the relationship between health exanfination and occupational factors were analyzed. [ Results] The group of the neurasthenia symptom and the plant nerve functional disorder showed to be obvious, which predominated among electric welding workers; The nervous system mutual and motion disequilibrium showed to be significantly associated with the occupational factors, mainly concentrated in workers with long working years; The one hemogram index or two indexes among 67 workers were lower than regular value, of which with low values for two indexes was six painters; 40% of these samples detected exceed the hygienic standard of the adverse factors in production environment. [Conclusion] The health of workers would be impacted by the combination effect of occupational hazardous factors, it is better to reinforce the propaganda and education for the law for prevention and control of occupational disease, enhance self-protection consciousness of these workers and to improve the working environment and condition.
