某公司金铜综合回收技术改造工程职业病危害预评价结果分析  

ANALYSIS OF THE PRE-ASSESSMENT OF OCCUPATIONAL HAZARDS IN A GOLD-COPPER COMPREHENSIVE RECOVERY TECHNOLOGICAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT IN A COMPANY

摘　　要：[目的]识别、评价该工程可能产生的职业病危害因素,预测职业病危害因素的种类和危害程度,为卫生行政部门审批该项目提供技术依据。[方法]选择与该项目工程类似的企业进行类比调查,综合运用检查表法、类比法、经验法和定量分级法进行分析评价。[结果]工程总体建设方案中设计的选址、总体布局、职业病危害防护措施、工程辅助用室、个人职业病防护用品、职业卫生管理和应急救援措施等内容基本符合卫生学要求。该工程生产过程中可能存在的职业病危害因素近40种,但其中主要的是炉渣尘、噪声、高温热辐射、硫酸雾、二氧化硫、砷及其无机化合物、砷化氢、铅尘、铅烟、铜尘、铜烟、硫化氢等。部分工作地点的铅尘、铅烟及炉渣尘浓度可能超标。[结论]经综合评价分析,该工程生产过程中可能产生的职业病危害因素,在各项职业病防护措施落实到位的情况下是可以预防和控制的。[Objective] To identify and analyze occupational hazards of the project, and to predict the category, and risk degree of occupational hazards, so as to provide technical basis for medical administrative command to approval of the project. [Methods] Enterprises with the similar projects were selected to compare and evaluate by using checklist, analogy, experience and quantitation and classification method. [ Results] The site selection, total disposition, protective measures for occupational diseases and hazards, hygiene auxiliary houses, occupational health supervision and emergency treatment measures met the requircment of hygieology. About 40 kinds of occupational hazard factors may exist in the process of production, mainly were hydrogen sulfide dust, noise, high temperature, heat radiation and radioactive hazards, sulfuric acid mist, SO2, arsenium and its inorganic compound, arseniuretted hydrogen, lead dust, lead fume, copper dust, copper fume as well as hydrogen sulfide etc. The concentrations of lead dust, lead fume and hydrogen sulfide dust some workplaces might exceed their hygiene startdams. [Conclusion] By integrative evaluation, some occupational hazards could occur in the process of this project, which could be prevented and controlled on the condition of implement of all the hygiene protective measures.
