高校女生妇科炎症性疾病的发病情况分析

摘　　要：[目的]提高高校女生自我保护意识,从而预防和减少女生妇科炎症性疾病的发生。[方法]收集2006.9～2007.8期间某校医院妇科门诊学生就诊病例,并对其作出统计分析。[结果]共收集病例648例,其中妇科炎症性疾病126例,仅次于月经不调,占妇科病例总数的19.44%。[结论]有必要在高校女生中普及生理卫生知识,以提高她们的自我保护意识和能力。[Objective] To enhance self-protective consciousness of female college students and in order to prevent and decrease incidences of gynecologic inflammatory diseases among female students. [Methods] Clinical student cases in gynecological department of a hospital from Sept. 2006 to Aug. 2007 were collected up, and analysis was statistically made with these data. [Results] Among 648 collected cases there were 126 cases of gynecologic inflanunatory diseases, which were second only to menstrual disorder and were 19.44% of total gynecological cases. [Conclusion] It is necessary to make physiologic and hygienic knowledge widely available for female students, so as to increase self-protective consciousness and capability of the students.
