深圳市某区中学生艾滋病知识态度行为的调查

摘　　要：[目的]了解深圳市区中学生艾滋病相关知识、信念、行为情况,为学校调整课程设置,开展相关教育提供依据。[方法]在深圳市某区随机抽取的3所中学进行对艾滋病及相关知识、态度、行为的基线调查。[结果]艾滋病知识的总知晓率为52.9%,其中初中生的得分情况低于高中生,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01),公立学校的知识得分明显高于私立学校(P﹤0.01);对于艾滋病感染者和病人大部分学生能给予同情和关心,但54.6%的学生认为艾滋病离他们很遥远;71.3%的学生获取艾滋病知识的来源为广播电视、报刊杂志或书籍、网络以及宣传资料。[结论]在校中学生对于艾滋病相关知识的总体知晓率还比较低,提示学校及有关部门应制订相应的教学内容,使学校更好地开展青春期卫生保健和艾滋病相关知识的健康教育。[Objective] To understand the situation of knowledge, attitudes and behavior on AIDS among secondary students in one district in Shenzhen City, and provide basis for curriculum adjustment and introduction. [Methods] 474 students from three schools were collected for an investigation on the basis line of their knowledge, attitude and behavior about AIDS. [ Results] The correet answer rate about HIV/ AIDS was 52.9%, the scores were significant higher among the senior high school students than that among the junior high school students （P 〈 0.01 ）. The knowledge scores of public schools was significant higher than that of private schools （P 〈 0.01 ）, most students showed that they could show the sympathy and concern to the AIDS patients, but 54.6% of them thought that the AIDS was far away from themselves; 71,3 % of students acquired the knowledge about AIDS through movie or TV programs, publication and internet. [Conclusion] The rate of AIDS-related knowledge for students is still relatively low, schools and departments should formulate corresponding content of courses so that more schools could carry out the health education about adolescent health and AIDS-related knowledge better.
