某大学在校学生焦虑心理调查分析

摘　　要：[目的]了解某大学在校生的焦虑症状水平,为在校大学生心理卫生工作开展提供依据。[方法]采用整群抽样方法随机抽取了某综合性大学3所二级学院不同年级的1430名学生,应用ZUNG氏焦虑自评量表(SAS)对抽取的学生进行测评,其中男生500名,女生930名。[结果]全体学生总的焦虑症状检出率为13.29%;男生为16.40%,女生为11.59%,男女之间差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.548,P=0.011);大一、大二、大三分别为9.02%,14.72%、15.42%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=9.167,P=0.01);文传学院、医学院和理工学院分别为10.68%、16.53%、11.04%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=9.941,P=0.007)。[结论]某大学医学院学生是焦虑症的高危人群,高年级的大学生焦虑症的检出率高于低年级,男生高于女生。[ Objective ] To investigate level of anxiety disorders in college students, so as to provide basis for carrying out psychological work in university. [Methods] By cluster sampling method. 1430 students including 500 male and 930 female students of different grades in 3 universities were collected to investigate with ZUNG＇ s Self-Rating Anxiety Scale. [ Results] The total detection rate of anxiety disorders for college students was 13.29%, and the rate for male students was 16.40% while for female was 11.59%, moreover significant difference was found between the detection rates of male and female （X^2 = 6.548, P = 0.011） ; The detection rate of anxiety disorders for freshmen, sophomores and juniors were 9.02%. 14.72% and 15.42%, respectively, significant differences had found （X^2 = 9.167, P = 0.01 ）; Students in school of broadcasting and journalism, medical and science were 10.68%, 16.53% and 11.04%, respectively, and there was significant difference （X^2 = 9.941, P = 0.007）. [Conclusion] Students in medical college are high risk people of anxiety disorders, the detection rate of anxiety disorders for students of higher grade is higher than thai in students of lower grade, and rate for male students is higher than that for female students.
