摘 要:[目的]研究临床分离致病菌抗药基因情况及其对醋酸氯己定的抗性水平。[方法]采用PCR方法测定qacEΔ1-sulⅠ基因,通过MIC、MBC两种试验进行比较,观察不同菌株的抗力水平。[结果]临床分离的30株病原菌,其中13株携带qacEΔ1-sulⅠ基因。MIC有8株高于标准菌株,19株与标准菌株相同。MBC结果显示共有18株高于标准菌株,5株与标准菌株相同。[结论]临床分离的30株病原菌部分携带qacEΔ1-sulⅠ基因,多数菌株对醋酸氯己定消毒液的抗力较高。[Objective] To study the drug-resistance gene carried by clinically isolated strians and level of resistance to chlorhexidine acetate.Methods PCR method was conducted to detect qacE△-sul 1 gene,the resistance level of different strains were observed by comparing the results of MIC and MBC methods.Results Out of the 30 strains of pathogenic bacteria,13 strains carried qacE△-sul 1 gene positive.The MIC value of chlorhexidine acetate of 19 strains was same as that of the standard strain as well as 8 strains was higher than that of the standard strain.The MBC value of 18 strains was higher than that of the standard strain and 5 strains same as the standard strain.Conclusion 30 strains of pathogenic bacteria isolated carry qacE△-sul 1 gene,while most of them have high resistance to chlorhexidine acetate.
