摘  要:[目的]观察诱导分化剂苯乙酸(PA)、维甲酸(RA)对人肺癌细胞株(PLA801D)增殖的抑制作用,及与化疗药物顺铂(CDDP)联合应用后的协同效应。[方法]应用MTT法检测PA、RA高、中、低3种浓度单用,及与3个剂量的CDDP联用对PLA801D的抑制率。[结果]PA单用对肺癌细胞几乎没有抑制作用,但与CDDP联用后抑制增殖的能力增强,中、高剂量组效果明显;RA单用对肺癌细胞有一定的抑制作用、且呈剂量依赖性;和CDDP联用抑制率有提高、高剂量组尤为显著。[结论]在适当的浓度范围内,PA、RA与CDDP联合可产生明显的协同增敏效应,使CDDP对PLA801D的细胞毒性增大、抑制率提高,对肺癌的临床诊治可能具有重要意义。[Objective] To observe the inhibitive effect of differentiated agent-alphatoluic acid and alltransretinoic acid on the proliferation of PLA801D and synergistic effect of them coordinated with CDDP.Methods The inhibition rates of PA and RA with three different concentrations as well as combined with three doses of CDDP to PLA801D were evaluated.Results PA had no significant effect to the human lung cancer cells,but showed higher inhibitive effect when combined with CDDP,significant effect was found in middle and high level concentration.The lung cancer cell proliferation could be inhibited by RA with dose dependent.The inhibitive effect had improved when combining with CDDP,especially in high dose group.Conclusion During adequate concentrate of PA and RA as well as combined with CDDP could induce significant cooperated sensitization effect,which could increase the cytotoxicity of CDDP to PLA801D and inhibition rate.It will be great significantly effect on the clinical diagnosis and treatment for lung cancer.
