体外冲击波疼痛治疗的临床应用研究

摘　　要：目的：研究HB—ESWT-01型低能量的体外冲击波治疗机治疗临床各种痛症的治疗效果。方法：对临床各种痛症的病人41人次采用Stein设计的线性模拟评分标尺计量疼痛程度，再按照HB—ESWT-01型低能量的体外冲击渡治疗机治疗疼痛的要求进行治疗，治疗后再用Stein设计的线性模拟评分标尺进行评分，评价治疗效果。结果：41人次经用HB—ESWT-01型低能量的体外冲击波治疗机1个疗程治疗治愈19例，低能量的体外冲击波治疗机疼痛治愈率61．3％（19／31）；2个疗程治疗治愈6例，疼痛总治愈率80．4％（25／31）；3个疗程治疗治愈5例，疼痛总治愈率96．8％（30／31）。结论：HB—ESWT-01型低能量的体外冲击波治疗机可有效地缓解疼痛，改善局部症状，提高生活质量。Objective： To study the therapeutic efficacy to all kinds of patient by the HB -ESWT -01 low -energy vitro shock wave therapeutic machine. Methods：To count the pain degree of the patients with pain by Stein＇ s scaleplate, and treated with HB -ESWT- 01 low -energy vitro shock wave therapeutic machine, then evaluate the therapeutic efficacy by Stein＇ s scaleplate. Results： 19 patients has been cured with one course of treatment by HB - ESWT - 01 low - energy vitro shock wave therapeutic machine and the healing rate is 61.3% （ 19/31 ） ;6 patients has been cured with two courses of treatment by HB - ESWT -01 low - energy vitro shock wave therapeutic machine and the healing rate is 80. 4% （ 19 ＋6/ 31 ） ;5 patients has been cured with three courses of treatment by HB - ESWT -01 low - energy vitro shock wave therapeutic machine and the heal- ing rate is 96. 8% （19 ＋ 6 ＋ 5/31 ）. Conclusion ：The HB -ESWT -01 low -energy vitro shock wave therapeutic machine could treat pain by HB - ESWT- 01 low -energy vitro shock wave therapeutic machine, sooth the pain and raise their quality of life.
