摘　　要：目的研究老年糖尿病患者事件相关电位P300的改变与病程、糖代谢及并发症的关系。方法采用听觉odd-ball序列刺激的诱发电位方法对50例糖尿病人及30例健康老人进行测试。MMSE评定两组认知功能。结果老年糖尿病人在记忆力、注意和计算力、定向力较对照组降低;糖尿病组与对照组比较,糖尿病并腔隙性脑梗死组与无脑梗死组比较P300波潜伏期显著延长,P300波波幅显著降低,糖尿病组P300波潜伏期和波幅与病程长短、糖化血红蛋白及有无高血压无明显相关。结论老年糖尿病人比正常老年人P300波潜伏期明显延长,P300波波幅明显降低,合并腔隙性脑梗死可能是P300波改变的主要原因之一。Objective To investigate P300 cognitive potentials in elderly diabetes and related factors, Methods 50 patients with diabetes mellitus and 30 control elderly subjects were tested on auditory induced potentials. Results There were significant differences in amplitude and latency of P300 between patients group and control group, Significant differences between patients with la- cuna infarction and patients without lacuna infarction were also found, Amplitude and latency of P300 in patients were not correlated with the disease course, glycated hemoglobin and hypertension. Conclusion The effect of latency delays and amplitude reduction of P300 was much more obvious in elderly diabetes than in healthy elderly people and lacuna infarction may play an important role.
